The rates listed below are intended as the maximum applicable daily rates per room and are subject to change.

Services included in the rates
- Italian breakfast buffet served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM;
- Check-in from 2:00 PM;
- Check-out by 10:30 AM;
- Luggage storage;
- Air-conditioned rooms;
- Free WI-Fi connection throughout the property and in the rooms;
- Unattended parking.
The tourist tax of € 3.50 per adult per night, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights, is not included in the above-mentioned prices and must be paid as per the Municipal Council’s resolution.
